Luiz Ricardo Marinello holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from PUC/SP, is a professor of Intellectual Property at INSPER and ESA, recognized by LACCA and Revista Análise, president of CCT/ABIHPEC, and an active member of several legal commissions.

Eduardo Sampaio specializes in contracts and corporate law. He holds an LL.M. from INSPER and FIU (USA), is a lawyer and administrator, with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from FAAP, and has a post-graduate degree from FGV.

Renata Fava is a member of ICSC (NY), with over 25 years of experience in legal and management work with shopping centers. She has a post-graduate degree in real estate law from SECOVI-SP and in contracts from COGEAE-PUC-SP.

Juliana Zamboni specializes in bioeconomy, with an emphasis on Brazilian biodiversity, administrative law, franchise consulting, LGPD, public tenders, and contracts. She holds a law degree from FADISP.

Ivan Alfarth specializes in consulting and litigation in intellectual property, administrative law, corporate law, contracts, and dispute resolution. He has a post-graduate degree in administrative law from PUC/SP.

Nicole Magalhães holds a law degree and a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property, entertainment, media, and fashion from ESA OAB SP (2023). She is a member of INTA's Trademark Registration Committee and leads the administrative IP area.

Cleyd Andrade graduated in Human Resources Management from Unip (2010) and Financial Management from FAM (2018). She is currently pursuing a Law degree at FMU and works as a Legal Assistant in Biodiversity, focusing on the Biodiversity Law.

Chirlene Cabral holds a degree in Administration and works in the Administrative and Financial area.

Giordanna graduated in Law from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2019 and specialized in Intellectual Property at ESA-SP. She works in Trademarks and Copyrights.

With a bachelor's and master's degree in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, she has worked in the Intellectual Property area since 2012 and leads the Litigation and Contracts departments at the firm. She has taught Legal English at ASPI since 2017 and has international experience in the USA, where she studied English Language and Literature at NVCC (Alexandria, VA). She is the author of several legal articles and co-author of the book *Compliance and Economic Criminal Law* (Editora Almeida, 2019).

Felipe Andrade is studying Law at Universidade Candido Mendes and currently assists in Litigation with a focus on Intellectual Property.

Giulia graduated in Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2024 and won the Alfredo Lamy Filho Innovation Award at FGV for her final project on "Trade dress conflict: an empirical and jurisprudential analysis of the theory of confusion in consumer relations." She completed an academic exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She works in the IP field, focusing on trademarks.
